I Never Considered Myself Anti-Union. But Wrong Is Wrong.
I’ve never considered myself anti-union. In fact, if you had asked me a couple of years ago to describe my attitude toward unions, I would have said I’m “pro” union, not “anti.”
But I’ve always been anti-cheater. I’ve always been anti-bully. I’ve always been anti-deceiver.

Flight Attendants Union Head Sara Nelson's Latest Defeat: AFA-CWA Reforms Shot Down, Insiders Retain Control
Sara Nelson's flight attendants union AFA-CWA doesn't allow crewmembers to directly elect its Master Executive Council officers and international officers. Ms. Nelson took the issue to its annual board of directors meeting late last month. She lost on voice votes. She said this was “about putting power in each individual member's hands.” Instead, union power will remain in the hands of insiders.

Union Membership Reaches Another Record Low in 2023
The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) on January 23 released its annual union membership report for 2023. This year's report showed that despite growing slightly in absolute terms, union membership as a percentage of the workforce declined by one-tenth of a point from 10.1% to 10%, the lowest percentage on record.
